Due to globalization and increased development in various sectors has resulted in emerging jobs for freshers. With the increase in number of organization there is also demand for manpower. Thus it has created numerous opportunities for them in sectors like banking, BPO, aviation industry, travels and tours, insurance, medical etc. These sectors are day by day escalating their workforce and thus remain in need of hiring freshers.
The scope of services have increased and thus freshers can opt for their careers in different functional fields like sales, marketing, accounts, back office processes, administration etc. The eligibility criteria also differ and firms are interested in hiring more of freshers. They are known to be putting hard work in their jobs and lay less stress on company’s budget.
