The question faced by most of the job seekers - why it's difficult to get one job easily can be due to certain reasons. There are many companies who prefer to take experienced candidates rather than freshers as they feel that the fresher lack experience and the capability to handle problems efficiently. Some companies may not be having entry level jobs thus making them prefer experienced candidates.
Moreover the recruitment structure in many companies is also faulty. Many jobs are given based on reference rather than the real merit and capability of the candidate.
Only the fresher can understand how hard it is to get the job in this market. Companies do not hire fresher’s stating that their work standards require experience. But they do not realize that by giving a chance to a fresher they can gain an experienced and an efficient employee.
